We are thrilled to announce a major milestone — Nasara Women Development Foundation, also known as Nasara Foundation, is celebrating its 3rd Anniversary today!
It has been three impactful years of empowering women, girls, and youth across Kebbi State, and we’re just getting started!
Join us as we celebrate this special anniversary today, April 6, 2025, at the Convocation Arena, Waziri Umaru Federal Polytechnic, Birnin Kebbi, by 10 AM.
And that’s not all… We’re also launching The Nasara Chronicle— our official journal documenting the foundation’s journey, impact, and insights! Edited by veteran journalist Segun Adebowale, this publication is designed to keep stakeholders and the public informed, offering in-depth perspectives on our projects and the pressing issues we address.
💬 Words from Our Founder, First Lady of Kebbi State – Hajiya Zainab Nasare Nasir Idris:
“This anniversary reflects the sustained efforts of our dedicated team at Nasara Foundation and the unwavering support of our partners and communities. The launch of The Nasara Chronicle marks a new chapter in our commitment to transparency, communication, and evidence-based impact. It will serve as a formal platform to chronicle our journey and contribute meaningfully to discussions on sustainable development and women’s empowerment.”
💬 From Our CEO – Hajiya Bilkisu Muhammad Nasir:
“Three years is a significant moment for reflection. The Nasara Chronicle will help us share not only our achievements but also the challenges and lessons that shape our work. We see this as an opportunity to strengthen stakeholder engagement and promote continuous learning.”
Established in 2022, Nasara Foundation has transformed lives through skill development, medical outreach, educational support, and empowerment programs for women, girls, and youth in Kebbi State.
Join us in celebrating this incredible journey!
