Nasara Foundation Ends Six-day Organizational Development Workshop

We are excited to announce the successful completion of our intensive six-day capacity building workshop focused on strengthening our team and enhancing our impact!

Over the past week, staff and leadership of Nasara Women Development Foundation also known as Nasara Foundation gathered to delve into strategic planning, organizational structuring, and sustainable project management, all aimed at empowering our foundation to serve communities, even more effectively.

Some of the attendees are, Chairman, Board of Trustees of the Foundation, Alhaji Usman Abubakar, Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation, Bilkisu Muhammad Nasir as well as members of the Senior Management Team of the Foundation, including Bashar Umar Atta, Abdulrasheed Bala, Fatima Tukur Koko and Jamilu Yahaya.

This workshop, expertly facilitated by Shegs Communications Limited, featured distinguished professionals, including highly experienced Leadership, Learning, and Development practitioner, Chris Osiobe; Chartered Accountant and Lagos Business School alumnus, Femi Olaleye; and Organizational Management Consultant/Sustainable Development expert, Jonah Yahaya.

According to the Chief Storyteller cum Chief Executive Officer of Shegs Communications Limited, Segun Adebowale, “With expert-led sessions, hands-on training, and collaborative discussions, Nasara Foundation has made significant strides in aligning its goals, refining approach, and building a robust roadmap for the future.
